Tolosa, Alpha Omega, and Perinet wines

New umbrella brand for viticulturists and winemakers from San Luis Obispo, Napa and Spain

—A newly formed group, Alpha Omega Collective, recently combined the brands for its three boutique wineries. Robin and Michelle Baggett bring their wine labels under a single brand name, now called the Alpha Omega Collective. This collective includes; Tolosa in San Luis Obispo, Alpha Omega in Napa Valley, and Perinet in Spain. This newly-formed group marks an exciting milestone for the Baggetts and strengthens the connection between all three brands while propelling future growth.

The distance from Alpha Omega in Napa Valley to Tolosa in San Luis Obispo to Perinet in Spain’s Priorat may be immense, yet common threads bind these three boutique wineries together to form a cohesive and complementary triangle. Vintners Robin and Michelle Baggett ensure philosophical continuity across these sister properties.  Alpha Omega’s Bordeaux-inspired releases, Tolosa’s Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, and Perinet’s Mediterranean reds each embody a sense of place from where they originate. In an age of wine making homogeny, it is unique to experience the distinctive accents of each region while still appreciating the trio’s harmonic familial relationship.

“After my wife, Michelle, and I purchased a sizeable interest in Perinet last summer, we knew it was time to bring all our wine labels under a single brand name,” Robin Baggett said. “As we expand our vision as vintners, we are looking to follow the model of impeccable hospitality and singular wines established by our flagship brand, Alpha Omega. From there, it was natural to call our master brand the Alpha Omega Collective.”

The distance from Alpha Omega to Tolosa to Perinet may be immense, yet common threads bind these estates to form a cohesive triangle. The Baggetts’ passion for discovering singular properties that each offer a pure expression of its respective region’s terroir brings a philosophical continuity to the Alpha Omega Collective. Each winery showcases its deep regional roots where the influence of the sea and stunning, rock-laden soils combine to produce world-class wine with unique accents. The individual personalities are unmistakable, but the Alpha Omega Collective stands as one.
