2016 parade theme is ‘The Music and Magic of Christmas’
–The Paso Robles Main Street Association is hosting the town’s 55rd Holiday Light Parade this Saturday, Dec. 3. In preparation, the Paso Robles Police Department advises that public about the impacts of the parade.
“Streets in the downtown area will be closed from 4 p.m. to the end of the parade,” the advisory says. “Please observe and obey ‘No Parking’ signs. Cars on the parade route will be towed.”

- Spring between 6th and 15th
- 9th through 13th between Spring and Pine
- 14th between Spring and Park
- Park between 8th and 14th
- Pine between 10th & 12th
The traditional light parade marks the arrival of Santa Claus in downtown Paso Robles. Santa will be in residence at the Holiday House in the downtown city park until Christmas Eve. The hours are posted on the Holiday House and on www.pasoroblesdowntown.org.
The main street association invites everyone to come and “enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday spirit with an illuminated parade featuring an array of light spectacles from local businesses. A variety of awards will be given for best in show. Join Santa and Mrs. Claus and watch downtown light up with holiday spirit!”
The parade, which starts at 7 p.m., travels north on Spring Street from 10th Street to 14th Street, east to Park Street, then around the downtown city park on Pine Street to 11th.
