Starting on Sunday, Sept. 13, Eureka! will be opening its doors at 10 a.m. The business offers a large selection of craft beers, small-batch whiskeys and $5 Bloody Marys and Mimosas on the weekend. In addition, “Hoppy” Hour goes from 2-6 p.m., including $2 off draft beer, glasses of wine, Ascendant American Star Vodka, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, and appetizers.
Menu highlights include: the All Day Breakfast Burrito with carnitas, potatoes, pepper medley, and Monterey Jack cheese wrapped in a tortilla and topped with ranchero sauce and a fried egg; Jalapeno Egg Burger with cheddar cheese, bacon, pickled jalapenos and chipotle sauce, also topped with a fried egg; the Nacho Average Nachos, made with fresh tortilla chips, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, smoked and shredded chicken, tomatoes, black beans, fresh jalapenos, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and finished off with guacamole, and the Truffle Cheese Fries: hand-cut Kennebec potato fries, tossed in truffle salt and served with a side of house-made truffle cheese sauce.
Eureka! serves handmade food with locally sourced produce, all freshly cooked to order. The beverage program features 100-percent American craft beer, small batch whiskey, house-aged barrels and specialty cocktails sourced only from artisans throughout America.
