Carmelo has been active in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 20 years. He emigrated from Guanajuato, Mexico in 1995 and has worked his way up through the ranks. Anna comes from a background of small family owned business and knows first-hand
the satisfaction that comes from working for yourself, supporting employees and providing a service of which you can be proud.
Benefiting from stepping into an already loved staple in the com- munity, Anna and Carmelo met the challenge to meet loyal customer's expectations and their “work to surpass them with a renewed en- ergy and dedication,” is continuing to keep the Odyssey on the list of local favorites.
“Carmelo and I both love serv- ing quality, home cooked meals and sharing our home with those we love. We want our children to
