to the fun as they glow and pulsate following the stunning sunsets behind Hollister Peak. Swing Time has ten bays on a single level with comfortable climate-controlled out- door seating, over 30 TV screens, and a delectable menu of offer-
ings to please your taste buds and quench your thirst.
Golf Course Superintendent for SLO County, Josh Heptig said, “Swing Time is best described as a combination of a driving range,
sports bar, pinball machine, and bowling alley all wrapped into one place to play, eat, drink, and be merry. You have comfortable seat- ing to hang with friends while you hit shots and laugh while enjoy- ing a glass of local wine, beer, or spirit. Toptracer’s parent company, TopGolf, has been around for 15
years in large metro areas. We wanted to open this new facility to bring a different experience to the community.”
The course has been wildly suc- cessful with the recent changes and filled a huge demand for outdoor recreation during the pandemic. Within the next five years, the

course plans to host many different exciting events and gatherings as well as adding more unique experi- ences. The most recent addition to the property is a newly designed 18-hole disc golf course! There are future plans to add zip lines, go- karts, BMX trails and skills courses, and new upscale camping cabins. Dairy Creek is on its way to becom- ing a family-friendly entertainment getaway on the Central Coast. The location is jaw-droppingly beauti- ful, the food is exceptional, and
the opportunity to unwind while playing a round or two is practically guaranteed. Dairy Creek has been a great course to play since 1997 and has been celebrated as a pioneer
in environmental management, inspiring conservational efforts and zero waste innovations in the county.
