Starting May 3 Farmer’s Market hosts live bands
—Downtown SLO is pleased to announce the “Fresh Picked Concert Series” will be returning to the Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market this summer, launching on May 3 with local favorite Zongo All-Stars. Fresh Picked will take place the first Thursday of every month from May until October from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the Harvest Stage located in the Union Bank parking lot at Osos and Higuera. Beer from Central Coast Brewing and wine from Chamisal Vineyards will be available for purchase.
Fresh Picked launched in 2015 to provide additional programming at the world-famous Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market, now celebrating its 35th year. Fresh Picked concerts are free and open to the public, and feature performances by exceptional local talent. The mission of the Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market is to provide a vibrant and safe weekly gathering that builds community and supports local businesses Downtown. Fresh Picked Concert Series has been a wonderful addition to this mission and The Market for 2 out of the last 3 years.
