Blendfest returns in 2025
—Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance (PRWCA) always keeps wine enthusiasts busy with wine, food, and things to do. Keeping up traditions into early 2025, PRCWA welcomes enthusiasts to the popular BlendFest on the Coast, and to over 100 spring release events during the entire month of March.
BlendFest on the Coast returns February 20-23, 2025
Paso Robles’ winemakers love to blend wine, mixing varieties to craft something unique and delicious. BlendFest on the Coast celebrates rule-breaking, traditional, and unconventional wine blends of Paso Robles Wine Country. BlendFest on the Coast takes place February 20-23 in San Simeon and Cambria with a selection of exciting events that include:
- Winemaker Dinners: Dine with Paso’s best winemakers and sip blended wines paired with unique menus highlighting the best of Central Coast cuisine. Select from two special and exclusive wine dinners in Cambria and San Simeon on Thursday, February 20 and Friday, February 21.
- Coastal Excursions: Experience the awe-inspiring and unique offerings along a Highway One road trip!
- Blending Seminar: Become a winemaker for a day on Friday, February 21! Try your hand at making the perfect blend with three of Paso’s finest winemakers as your guides. Learn the philosophy of blending and then compete for the best blend. Lunch follows with the winemakers and their finished wines.
- Sunset Grand Tasting: On Saturday, February 22, over 40 renowned Paso Robles wineries come together showcasing distinct Paso blends. Guests enjoy spectacular wines, only surpassed by stunning Pacific Ocean views, on the Sundance Lawn of Oceanpoint Ranch in Cambria.
- Winery Events: On Sunday, February 23, take the short drive to explore diverse wineries, breathtaking landscapes, and the warm hospitality that make Paso Robles Wine Country so special.

Spring release month offers over 100 events in March, 2025
The entire month of March is a spring release celebration in Paso Robles Wine Country. Spring release is a themed month featuring individual experiences at the area wineries.
